Roly’s Fudge comes to the Westmorland Shopping centre

Exciting news, Roly’s Fudge will be at Westmorland Shopping centre on Saturday 2nd March from 9am till 5pm with their range of luxury handmade fudge.

Established for over 30 years, Roly’s Fudge offers the best crumbly fudge you’ll ever find. Originating from Devon in the West Country, they now have 42 independently and family-run fudge pantries across the UK. Each of the shops use traditional recipes to make fresh fudge every day, handmade in full view for you to see.

Roly’s Fudge started in 1987 when the founders started to make homemade fudge in their farmhouse cottage kitchen. They decided to use natural ingredients whenever possible, and that it should be made with only traditional methods. Using a large copper cauldron obtained from a Devon antique shop, they followed an old family recipe passed down over generations to make the first batch of traditional vanilla clotted cream, using lashings of Devon butter.

Their traditional recipe, using recipes sourced from the grandmother of the founder, is simply butter, milk and sugar. They never put unnecessary additives, vegetable or palm oils, or artificial colourings in their fudge. The classic flavours use natural and authentic ingredients from maple syrup and whole crunchy walnuts in their Maple & Walnut Fudge’ to real dark rum and juicy raisins in their Rum ‘n’ Raisin Fudge.

Roly’s Fudge will also be at the centre on the Monday 15th April until the 20th April.

Sound good? Head down to the Westmorland shopping centre on the 2nd March to try these amazing treats!
